Hello Pack 420,

I have sign up sheets for the popcorn sale if you would like to help out with the show and sell part of our campaign. I will include them in this e-mail. Look them over and let me know what date and place you would like! We have 2 locations this time around!

Please look at them both and see which one you would like to do.

We only have the Winn Dixie at 95 & Hallandale Bch Blvd for the one weekend for now. They want to see how well the boys behave before they commit to more time!

Publix on Sheridan Street we have for the weekends of September 11,12,13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27 October 2,3,4, 9, 10 ,11, 16, 17, 18.

2009 Popcorn Sale Dates and information!

Show and Sell dates will be from September 6- November 1^st. If you wish to sell at one of the store locations that we acquire, please let me know right away and I will get you signed up for a date that works for you! All Scouts are to be in Class A uniforms and all Adults are to dress appropriately as well! No smoking will be allowed during this time. We are there to set a positive example to the boys and to the public. All trash must be taken with you for disposal. Do not fill up the store trash cans! Please refrain from bringing other children who are not Cub Scouts or Boy Scouts, this is a distraction to you as the adult in charge to keep up with other children and monitor what the boys are doing!

ALL take orders and prize orders are due November 1^st. Please e-mail me your orders no later than October 28^thso that I have time to process all the orders. When you e-mail me the list, please indicate if it is a star, tree, circle etc.. Please include your name, phone number and the scouts name in case I have questions. Your order will be placed from the e-mail list that you send me so be sure that you double check what you need before sending it to me! Please include the prize that your scout wishes to receive as well for the prize level he achieves.

The popcorn will be available for pick up on Saturday November 14^th. Time TBA. Once I know when I can pick up the popcorn from the warehouse, I will send an e-mail with a window of time that you can come and pick it up from me. I will not be bringing the popcorn back and forth to the church. It must be picked up on November 14^th at my house!

ALL money is due at the December 1^st meeting. I will need to have ALL money turned in at this meeting and close out our sale for the year!

Each week that your scout fills up an order form, please fax it to Mike Dames at 305-821-6222 for the weekly drawing for the marshmallow blaster or a $50.00 gift check. Your scout will also receive a Fill it Up patch and Certificate. Your Scout will also be invited along with 1 adult partner to the “Fill it UP” breakfast at the Extreme Games where the grand prize will awarded for all the forms that were submitted. For each form that your scout sends in, his name will go into the grand prize drawing. So, if you fill up five forms then he will have 5 chances to win the grand prize!

Please remember that when you place your order and I place the order for the pack, nothing can be returned. So make sure that you triple check exactly what you need! We still have to pay for all that we order and nothing can be returned once it is ordered. Lets have a great sale and have fun and be safe while we do this!

Payment can be made with cash or checks. All checks should have the makers contact information in case it is returned. Name, phone number, address and Driver License number. Checks should be made out to “Pack 420”. Please be sure to check all bills to make sure they are real. We cannot afford to lose money to fake bills!
